M‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍y thesis is about the relationship between mindfulness, social anxiety traits, and emotions. The purpose of this study is to help us understand the determinants affecting individuals who experience social anxiety traits and encourage others to consider practicing mindfulness for the purpose of improving their mental health. In order to do this, a total of three surveys were conducted for adults. These surveys are as follows: (1) The Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ), (2) Social Interaction Anxiety Scale (SIAS), and (3) The Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS). Further, the independent variables are the FFMQ + SIAS whereas the dependent variables are the Positive Affect Scores & Negative Affect Scores. With that being said, I will upload my thesis so that it can be read as a guide of what my study is about. The sections highlighted in yellow are what’s pending to be written. For example, in the methodology and findings section, as a reference backup, I will need a minimum of 2 sentences that mention another article who used the OVERALL compositive score as a (I will upload this article so you can cite). The article is called: Examining the Factor Structures of the Five Facet Mindfulness‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍ Questionnaire and the Self-Compassion Scale. Furthermore, I would need a *brief paragraph* for the “The Measure of Positive and Negative Affect Schedules (PANAS)” that explains how this survey is conducted and measured just the like FFMQ and the SIAS before it. It’s IMPORTANT that the CFA and EFA is mentioned for this section as well. Lastly, I would kindly like to request assistance writing 3 pages maximum about my discussion (based on the data analysis results) and limitations can think of for this study. You can use as many citations as needed. There is no limit. All I ask if that the format and tone of what is expected to be written matches with the rest of the literature review.
