For your CAP 2 assignment, you will begin to work on the theoretical foundation related to the population you have chosen. What are the theories (related to leadership and ethics) you would draw from when assisting your population? You must select a MINIMUM of three sport and performance psychology theories and discuss how each is relevant to leadership or ethics, in relation to your population. Most theories will not be in the textbook. Draw from past psychology courses and research. You will need to spend time researching theories and their relevance to your population. Within each theory, you must report on the following:
Name and author of the theory.
Major principles of the theory. What does this theory address?
How does this theory apply to your population, from a psychological standpoint, and the effects it will have on leadership and/or ethics?
Provide an example of each theory and its application with a client within your chosen field.

This paper should be 2-3 pages, not including the title and reference page. Keep in mind that you must incorporate a MINIMUM of THREE scholarly sources cited and referenced (by current APA standards) into your writing to strengthen your thoughts.
